Pour the spelled flour into a bowl and pour the required amount of warm water over it. Then, sprinkle a teaspoon of salt and a little olive oil. Knead the dough with your hands until smooth. If during the preparation the resulting mass seems too thick and dry, add more liquid according to your own judgment.

Now let the dough rest for about 30 minutes, and cover the bowl with a cloth. After this time, turn on the oven to heat up. Oil a pan or line it with baking paper, then put the dough in it.

Bread made from spelled flour needs to be baked for an hour at a temperature of 150 C. When it is baked, wrap it in a wet cloth and remove it from the oven so that it cools down well, after which you can eat it with any meal.
