- sour milk – 2 cups
- baking soda – 1 teaspoon

- cheese – 1 cup
- crushed salt – 1 teaspoon

Method of preparation
Beat the eggs in a large bowl using a mixer. Add oil, salt and sour milk without stopping stirring. Add the flour and cheese, stirring with a wooden spoon until all ingredients are combined. Divide the mixture into muffin tins. Bake these savory muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-36 minutes or until done.
