Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g of feta cheese
  • 1 dl of sour cream
  • 1 dl sour milk
  • 1 dl of oil
  • 1 dl of sour water
  • 3 pickles
  • 100 g of ham
  • 6 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 3 spoons of white wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of chives

Method of preparation

Beat 3 egg yolks, then add crumbled cheese, sour cream, sour milk, oil, sour water, finely chopped cucumbers, ham and both types of flour mixed with baking powder. Separately beat the egg whites with half a teaspoon of salt, then add to the previous mass and mix. Line the molds and pour the mass into them. Bake for ten minutes at 200 degrees in a preheated oven, then reduce to 150 degrees and bake for another 50 minutes.
