Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1 dl of oil
- 1 bunch of chopped parsley
- 250 gr. corn flour
- 2 spoons of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 spoons of linseed
Method of preparation
Beat the eggs, then add the crumbled cheese, sour cream, oil, chopped parsley and both types of flour mixed with baking powder. Mix everything with a blender and pour the mixture into lined molds. Sprinkle flax seeds on top. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 C.
