Ingredients
- 450 g buckwheat flour,
- 10 g dry yeast,
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 2 tablespoons of oil,
- 2.5 dl of lukewarm water.
Method of preparation
Mix buckwheat flour, yeast, soda, salt and sugar. Use a welder. Add water and oil. You can further knead the dough with a mixer. You will get a sticky mixture, do not add more liquid to it. Leave the dough to rise – at least 30 minutes. Knead it on a floured surface. Place it in a round mold that you have lined with baking paper. Let it stand for 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 30 minutes.
