Ingredients

  • 200 g whole wheat flour,
  • 1/2 bag of dry yeast,
  • a little salt,
  • 1/8 l of skimmed milk,
  • 25 g of margarine,
  • 100 g of sugar

FILLING

  • 500 g of cleaned plums cut into quarters

DRESSING

  • 1/8 l of skimmed milk,
  • 1 tablespoon of edible starch,
  • 80 g of sugar,
  • 2 egg yolks

Method of preparation

Mix sifted flour with yeast and salt. Heat the milk with margarine and breadcrumbs and knead the dough and leave it to rise. Roll out the dough so that it covers only half of the greased pan. Spread quarters of plums over the dough. Cover the other side of the pan with a strip of aluminum foil that has been folded several times, let the dough rise again, and then bake. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients and cook them. After 20 minutes of baking, spread the dough with plums with cream and let it bake for another 10 minutes at a temperature of 175-200C.
