Ingredients
- 500 g of rye flour
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon fat
- enough water to make a medium-hard dough
FILLING
- 300 g of small cheese
- 1 egg
- salt to taste
Method of preparation
Pour flour into the bowl, add salt, add a spoonful of fat, water as needed, enough water to make a medium-hard dough. Divide the dough into two parts, coat the top with a little fat, cover with nylon and leave to rest for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough as thin as possible with a rolling pin, grease the pan and sprinkle with flour. Cut the kneaded dough into irregular shapes with a knife, line the bottom of the pan, scatter the cheese mixed with the egg over the dough with a fork. Then another layer of melted dough, then the filling, and so on until the dough and filling are used up. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pie. Use a toothpick to check if it is cooked. If the dough does not stick to the toothpick, the pie is baked. Remove the pie from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.
