Ingredients
DOUGH
- 250 g of soft wheat flour
- 20 g of fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 dl of milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 75 g of margarine
- 1 egg
- 150 g of corn flour
Filling
- 200 g of young cheese
- 100 g of meaty bacon
Method of preparation
Heat the milk, add sugar and crumbled kavasac. Wait for it to rise a little. Put yeast, salt, egg and softened margarine in a mixing bowl. Gradually add flour and knead a smooth dough. Cover the dough, leave it warm. Prepare the filling. Beat the cheese with finely chopped bacon. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut into 10×15 cm pieces. Put a teaspoon of filling on each piece, fold the sides inwards and roll up to get the appearance of a piroshka. Cover the tray with baking paper, place the prepared piroshki and leave for another 15 minutes. Heat the oven to 250 degrees, coat the piroshki with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake them until golden brown.
