Ingredients

  • 400 g of whole corn flour (coarsely ground)
  • 220 ml of lukewarm water
  • salt (1 level teaspoon)
  • grease or sunflower oil for greasing the pan
  • half a bag of baking powder – it was not used, but you can add

Method of preparation

Pour lukewarm water and salt into the corn flour. The mass should be slightly thinner than pancake batter. Mix all the ingredients well, then pour them into a greased pan. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for up to 30 minutes, when the crust should be brown. When you remove from the oven, spray with water and cover with a clean cloth. When cool, cut into cubes and serve.
