- corn flour 500g

- margarine 3 tablespoons
- grated cheese
Method of preparation
Add flour to salted boiling water, but do not mix. The flour should remain on the surface of the water like a cup. Make an indentation with a pressure cooker and let it cook on low heat. When the flour disappears from the surface of the water, stir so that there are no lumps and cook for a few more minutes while stirring. Pour the finished kačamak with melted margarine. Scoop out the kachamak with a spoon into the bowl from which you will serve it. Add grated cheese to the plate.
